		<description><![CDATA[Starting Strength workout A: Back Squat (3&#215;5): 72.5# Bench Press (3&#215;5): 62.5# Deadlift (1&#215;5): 100# Last two squats were tough every set (almost goodmorninged them), bench was heavy, deads were a breeze.  It was mostly mental.
